Delete your CalmHandoff account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Under Your records and account, choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE, enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@calmhandoff.com from the address on your account. We confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Right away: your login and password, email address, signed-in devices and push notifications, calendar feed link, notification settings and your personal Pro add-on (cancelled). If you pay for the family plan, it stops renewing and your co-parent can take it over.

What is kept, and why

CalmHandoff keeps a shared record for two parents. If your co-parent still has an account, the shared family record stays available to them (messages, calendar, expenses, call logs and photos that were shared), with your name on the entries you created, because both parents may need to rely on it later. When the last parent in a family deletes their account, the whole family space is deleted, including files, photos and recordings.
