Print in the app prints the current view or saves it as a PDF, depending on what you choose in the print dialog.
In the iPhone and Android apps, printing uses your phone's own print and share sheet, so you can send it to a printer, save it to Files, or email it.
A printout is for reading. It carries no fingerprints, so it can't be verified — use a verified export when that matters.
