Prepaid terms and renewal

Six or twelve months up front, and how to stop it renewing.

Paid plans are prepaid for 6 or 12 months. You pay once and it runs for the term — no monthly charge appearing on a card you'd forgotten about.

Turning off renewal

  1. Open Plan & billing.
  2. Turn off renewal.

You keep everything until the end of the term you already paid for. Nothing stops early, and there's no exit conversation.

When a term ends

The family moves to Free. Your history stays complete and readable — you keep every message, event and expense. You lose the paid features, not the record.
