- Use a password you use nowhere else. A password manager is the easiest way.
- Don't share your login with a new partner or a family member — anything they write is recorded as you.
- Lock your phone. The record's integrity doesn't help if someone can pick up an unlocked device and send messages as you.
- Reset your password if you think anyone has been in your account; it signs out every other device.
Invite links
An invite link lets whoever holds it join your family. Send it directly to your co-parent, not into a group chat, and don't post it anywhere public.
We will never email you asking for your password, and we'll never ask for it in a support reply. Forward anything that does to support.
