We can technically read the contents of your family's data, in the sense that any service running a database can. We don't, other than when you ask us to help with something specific.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.
- We don't share your records with your co-parent's attorney, or anyone else, unless legally compelled.
- We don't read messages to train anything.
AI features
The tone check, Message Shield, receipt scanning and transcripts send the relevant text or file to a model provider to do their work. Those requests ask the provider not to retain the data. If you'd rather none of that happened, stay on Free or Family — those features are Family Pro only.
