Canada: hotlines vary by province; a search for your province plus "domestic violence hotline" will find the right one.
If you're worried about being monitored
- Notifications show that a message arrived, never what it says — but someone with your phone unlocked can open the app.
- Resetting your password signs out every other device. If you think someone has been in your account, do that first.
- If a shared or monitored device is the concern, consider using the website from a device only you use.
If you need records urgently for a protective order and something isn't working, email support and say it's urgent.
