Forgotten it: use Forgot password on the login page. A reset link is emailed to you.
Changing it while signed in: Settings → Password.
What happens when you reset
- The link works once, and expires.
- Resetting signs you out everywhere else — useful if you think someone else has been in your account.
- Your co-parent isn't told, and nothing in your record changes.
Support will never ask for your password, and no genuine email from us ever will. If you get one that does, don't reply — forward it to support.
